Genbu Sotojutsu

Sotojutsu – Calligraphy by Kushida-sensei

Genbu Sotojutsu is a Japanese sword style originating in the early 1800s. It has been passed down through the Kushida family, and is now taught by Akira Kushida-sensei in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Classes are usually held twice a month at the Genyokan Dojo on Sundays at 9:00 AM.

Students must be 18 years of age or older to study Genbu Sotojutsu.
