For recent (2019, 2020, or 2021) members, it is not necessary to complete the enrollment form online.
The 2022 enrollment process for recent (2019, 2020, or 2021) members is as follows:
1) Request a new 2022 Waiver form from your Treasurer or Instructor.
2) Fill out and sign the Waiver and return it to your Treasurer or Instructor along with 2022 membership dues.
